The Alto Adige classic
Hugo was born in Alto Adige around 2005, from the creation of a local bartender looking for a fresher, more floral alternative to Spritz. Elderflower, mint and lime, blended with a sparkling base, create a delicate, fragrant and refreshing aperitif that quickly became a summer classic. We have preserved its freshness, with elderflower and mint taking center stage, in a 100% non-alcoholic version.
