The Negroni was born in Florence in 1919, when Count Camillo Negroni asked to strengthen his Americano by replacing soda water with gin. Thus was born one of the greatest icons of mixology: gin, red vermouth and bitters in perfect balance, creating a pleasantly bitter, citrusy and complex character. A symbol of the Italian aperitivo around the world, reinterpreted in a 100% non-alcoholic version while staying true to its original soul.
