The origin, an Italian story

Spritz originated in northeastern Italy, when Austrians began diluting local wines with a splash of water (from the German word spritzen, meaning "to spray"). Over time, this simple tradition evolved into the symbol of the Venetian aperitivo, known for its vibrant color, bittersweet taste, and notes of orange and aromatic herbs. Today, it is one of Italy's most iconic aperitifs, and we have reinterpreted it without alcohol while preserving its authentic spirit.

Orange, gentian and bubbles. The Venetian aperitivo — bitter, sparkling, unmistakable.
